Therefore, starting from Friday June 12 in Oosterhout a new course series ‘Finding balance: from acceptance to self-care’. An inspiring and practical series of three mornings especially for family caregivers who want to learn how to take better care of themselves without losing sight of their loved one.
These meetings focus on topics such as:
- dealing with changes and expectations
- set limits
- practical ways to experience more peace and energy
- strengthening your resilience
You not only get tools and insights from the ACT method, tips for options of care, but also meet other family caregivers. There is room to share experiences and learn from each other - often a support in itself.
