Caring for someone else is something you do with love. You run from appointment to appointment, try to keep everything running and wonder: how long can I keep this up? That is why we have Mantelzorg van A tot Z. Three low-threshold workshops in which you are central. No therapy, but practical tools and recognizable conversations. Together we discover how to deal better with stress, how to find balance between caring and living, and how to set boundaries without feeling guilty.
The basics? ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) - a method for increasing resilience. But don't expect a theoretical lecture: we get down to business in a practical way, with exercises you can immediately apply in your daily life.
